I take only a small group of children for both Breakfast Club and for After School Care and am situated within walking distance of Locks Heath Junior and Infant School.
The Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club is a sociable time where children are able to choose from a variety of breakfast cereals, toast and jams, pancakes and fruit or if they prefer can bring in their own special favourites.
Books and games are available for all the children after their breakfast or if they are still waking up, they can curl up in the snug area and watch cartoons.
The After School Club…
The After School Club provides a selection of fun, creative or relaxing activities, which ever your child chooses. Activities each day are set up within different spaces, and are planned around the children’s current interests and preferences.
- Creative Arts and Crafts
- Cooking/baking
- Board games and puzzles
- Play dough, salt dough, model making
- IT games (discussed with parents on registration)
- Construction play activities.
- A cosy area is created for children to relax, play on the computer, watch TV, read or do their homework. (support with homework given where needed)
- When the weather is good, the bi fold doors are open for children who would like to take their activities outside.
